Dr. Natalie Vu

Dr. Natalie Vu graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to receive her doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry, graduating with honors. During optometry school, she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Honor Society, Student Texas Optometric Association, Student Optometric Practice Management Association, and American Optometrist Student Association. She completed her clinical training here in Houston at a surgical center specializing in LASIK, cataract surgery, and corneal diseases.

Dr. Vu is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist certified by the Texas Optometry Board in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Also a member of the Texas Optometric Association, she practices full scope optometry which includes diagnosing and managing glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and corneal diseases. She also co-manages procedures such as LASIK and cataract surgery. Suffering from dry eye herself, Dr. Vu is extremely passionate about treating dry eye disease.
In her free time, Dr. Vu enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, and exploring places with her husband. She looks forward to providing the Garden Oaks & Oak Forest (GOOF) community with quality eye care!
Dr. jenny Nguyen
Therapeutic Optometrist & Glaucoma specialist
Dr. Jenny Nguyen is a native Houstonian who earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Biology from University of Houston. During her undergraduate studies, she was worked as an optometric technician and optician, which sparked her interest in optometry. She attained her Doctorate of Optometry from University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry.
Dr. Nguyen's interests include glaucoma, pediatrics, specialty contact lenses, ocular disease, and dry eyes. She also manages pre and post-operative care for patients who undergo LASIK surgery and cataract surgery. Dr. Nguyen’s treatment philosophy is educating patients about their health conditions so they are best enabled to make informed decisions about their treatment regimen.
When Dr. Nguyen isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her dog, friends and family. She is a huge foodie and loves trying new cuisines and restaurants when traveling and throughout the Houston area. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, making craft cocktails, and pilates.
